A bit about me:
Outside the therapy room, I’m an endurance athlete and lifelong mover. I’m drawn to long efforts, quiet grit, and the clarity that comes from being in the body for extended stretches of time. I live in Colorado because the mountains, trails, and open space feel essential to how I stay regulated and grounded. Each summer, I return to the Midwest to spend time "wild swimming" in Lake Michigan, reconnecting with roots and reminding myself that steadiness can exist in many forms. These experiences shape how I work. With nearly two decades of clinical experience, I bring both professional depth and lived understanding to the process of change. I respect the nervous system, the wisdom of the body, and the reality that meaningful healing is rarely linear. Like endurance, it’s often about pacing, listening closely, and staying with what’s true—especially when it’s uncomfortable. If you’re looking for thoughtful, evidence-based therapy with room for depth, complexity, humor, and humanity—or if you’re curious about psychedelic-assisted work—I’d be glad to connect. Reach out when you’re ready, and we can talk through what you’re navigating and what you hope for next.
