If you’re feeling untethered, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, you’re in the right place. I work with older teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, identity transitions, grief and those moments in life when everything can feel “stuck.”
My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that people heal when they’re met with genuine presence and honest conversation. I hold an MSW from the University of Chicago and am licensed in both Illinois and Colorado.
I divide my life and practice between the two states:
• Illinois: I’m based in IL during the summer months and a few other points throughout the year. During those times, I offer in-person sessions as well as telehealth.
• Colorado: For the rest of the year, I’m in Colorado and available for in-person (and telehealth) sessions when here.
• Telehealth: No matter where I am, telehealth is available year-round if you prefer to meet virtually.
I draw from ACT, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and systems thinking (including IFS), but therapy with me isn’t rigid or overly clinical. My work is thoughtful, honest, steady, and collaborative. Clients often describe my style as grounded, clear, attuned, and engaged. Together, we look at patterns, explore what’s no longer serving you, and build toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and livable. I’m interested not just in insight, but in how change actually takes root in real life—under real stress, with real constraints. Whether you’re seeking traditional talk therapy or exploring psychedelic-assisted healing, I aim to offer a space that can hold depth, complexity, nuance, humor, and humanity.
